Tail end of Summer

We have been having such a fun summer and I am very sad to see it go.  Phoebe is almost a year old!!  I can't even imagine where the time has gone.  She is such a fun baby and we are having so much fun with her.  She is a crawling master and goes all over the place.  She is pulling herself up on everything but hasn't dared to stand up on her own or take a step yet.  She makes the best demon noises ever.  I've tried to get them on video and just haven't been able to yet.  She loves playing with her tongue and making tongue noises.  She wiggles like crazy and tries to roll over and get away as soon as you try to change her diaper.  But if you wiggle your tongue and make tongue noises you will usually distract her enough to do the job.  Funny kid!

Zoe will be 4 before I know it and she is growing into a big kid more and more every day.  Cory was feeling sad the other day because Zoe didn't want to play with him.  I guess she didn't like the way he was playing dolls so she wanted to play alone.  She always wants to play with her cousin Cora and especially her big cousin Pammy.   She is very interested in playing dress-ups and especially loves all things princess.  She has several phone toys and she loves playing with the cell phones.  Her favorite food is Macaroni and Cheese and she asks for it constantly!  For breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Her favorite color is pink.  She is a little sweetheart.  Enjoy the pictures that I've taken over the last couple months.

Phoebe getting love from Great Grandpa Ralph.

Mom and Zoe climbed a mountain side while playing in the canyon.
Zoe's friend Stella had a fantastic Princess party!  What a cute Tea Party!

Then the girls got a makeover with REAL makeup!

Zoe was so excited to wear the real stuff!

Playing in the Gateway fountains.

Isn't this kid cute!
Phoebe wanted to get in on the action so she crawled all over the place.

Trying not to get too wet.

Phoebe just enjoying the fun.

First day of pre-school!!

I'm not excited for summer to be over but I am excited for all of the fun adventures that we have coming up.  This fall is going to be fantastic!
