Life has been very busy again!! We had a very fun trip to California to visit Corys family. We spent a week at his parents house and enjoyed every minute. We were nervous for the car ride out but Zoe did really well and only had 2 fits where we had to stop the car and soothe her. We relaxed a lot while we were out there and I re-read the first 3 of the Twilight series. (I've finally started Breaking Dawn so no spoilers). We got to visit with family and see some good friends that we haven't seen in a long time. Cory got to go to a rock concert with some of his best pals and he had a great time.

Zoe with Grandpa PetersenOn Sunday we had a big family dinner and most of Cory's family was there. It was a lot of fun but seriously chaotic!! He has a pretty big family. I missed some of the fun action because I was nursing the baby in a bedroom and I missed the even of the trip. Cory's sisters husband Alan ate a HUGE garden spider for $25.00!!! I guess his daughter saw the spidey and it creeped her out and several of the guys there started offering $5 for him to eat it. And he did! I swear I wouldn't have touched the thing for $25 let alone eat it.

Me, Zoe, Andrea, and Mone'tFor the trip home we left at night and drove while the baby was asleep which was great because she slept until we got to Wendover and she was so good!
On another note...we are going to buy a house!! It happened so quickly I am still in shock! We had been talking about purchasing for a few weeks and had even talked to a realtor. We were all set to go out with the realtor and check out some places for the 14th. Well my sister has a house that is 2 houses away from her that had been for sale for quite a while but the price was too high. Well it turns out they had just lowered the price so my sister talked to the lady to see if they would accept our ammount. She said yes! So we looked at the place and it is super cute so we made an offer and it was accepted! So we will soon be homeowners as long as everything goes smoothly! CRAZY!

he really ate a spider! Yuck!! I'm happy you were feeding Zoe sweet mothers milk so you did not have to watch that! Congrats on the house! I"m so excited for you guys, and how fun to move in close to your sister!
Oh that is so gross!!! Oh man...I can't even think about it. I can't wait to hear what you think of Breaking Dawn.
I do remember Bear Lake with the Grub Girls!! That was so fun! Do you remember where we stayed? I seriously have a hard time remembering things from before my mission. You need to remind me a little. Was that the time we all went...well you would remember if it was ;)
