Summertime and the living is easy!

My sister is having a baby tomorrow..and it's my 4 year wedding anniversary. So..it's gonna be a big day!! My sister is scheduled for a planned c-sec tomorrow to have here little girl. They are planning to name her Cora Jean which is cute. Their other daughter is a ginger (aka red head) so we are curious if this one will look like mommy or daddy.



Cory and I are celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary which is exciting. 4 great years with the man I love. The man who makes me laugh every day. He has only made me cry 2 times..and one of those I was pregnant and intensely hormonal. Cory is planning something and he assures me it will be classy. However I am breast feeding so we can't do anything that doesn't involve our little Muffin. So we'll see what he comes up with.



I am getting excited for July. It seems like it is the month with all the fun!! Parades, 4th of July, 24th of July, cul-de-sac of fire!!! It's gonna be fun!!! Every year some of my friends put on cul-de-sac of fire which is the greatest BBQ and firework show in Utah! Who needs Hannah Montana to make a fun event?! This year is sure to be a blast as it has been every other year. Ahhhhhh. I love summer!

Happy Daddys Day!!

So today was Cory's first Fathers Day and I had sooooo much fun doing his gift!!! I made him Father's Day coupons!!! The fun thing was that they were mean coupons cause I thought it was funny!! For example..one coupon entitles Cory to "Diaper Duty Day" and on the coupon I drew a particulary rad picture of the baby with green stink lines coming out from her diaper!! And, I did a caption saying "I've been working on this one 4 days now"!!! So funny!! I was laughing so hard while making it..and when he was reading the coupons I started to cry it was so funny! I hope he starts using the coupons soon! Ha ha ha! I also got him some fun gifts..a glider guy that flies like a kite, and a Dinosaur that he can build and paint.

So Big. Part 2

Zoe had her 4 month check up with her Pediatrician yesterday and she is doing so good! At her last check up (2 months) she was in the 5th percentile for both weight and head size and 25th for height. This time she was in the 20th for head, 65th for height, and drum roll please....40th for weight!!! I am so happy that she is growing so good! I was scared she was still going to be underweight even though I can see that she has gotten chubbier. Breast feeding is kinda scary because you don't see what they are eating and how can you tell if they are getting enough. Well it looks as though little Zoe is eating plenty and being healthy! Here are her stats:

head- 40 cm

weight- 13 lb 3 oz

height- 25 in

She is starting to be sooo much fun! Cory and I just have a ball playing with our little muffin top. She has started "yelling" which makes us laugh like crazy. In the morning she will wake us up by talking as loudly as she can. We imagine she is yelling something like this: "Hey! Mom and Dad! I am awake come play with me! Also I am hungry and I have a dirty diaper! Hey! Mom and Dad, didn't you hear me??! I am awake!!!"

It makes us laugh so hard to hear her yelling. Pretty often we try and imagin what she is trying to say to us. We are just happy she hasn't decided to yell at church yet!!

Wow! My heart is pitter pattering like crazy!!!

Guess who is coming to town!!! I was reading the City Weekly today and I almost died by falling off my kitchen chair. NKOTB is going to be here to rock my world! Heather went wen she was 12 or so and I was so jealous! If anyone wants to come swoon with me it will be so worth it. I even think I have a Jordan Knight barbie doll at home! Sweet!

So big!!

Hi everyone who is interested in my Blog!!! So Zoe is a couple days shy of 4 months now (how did time go so fast?) and she is such a bundle of fun! I am so so so happy she is out of the newborn stage cause it really freaked me out! Newborns are just hard and almost 4 month olds are easier. She is getting so big though I don't know what happened to my little baby. She was so skinny when she was born and she is finally putting on some good baby fat. My Mom says she has some good chubb on her legs finally. She is talking a lot and she loves to grab things. Although when she grabs the front of Mommies shirt in public it isn't as cute as when she grabs her toys! She smiles all the time and she has giggled 3 times now! And...yesterday she rolled over for the first time! She is so big!! Then today she rolled over from tummy to right side and then from tummy to left side! She's an equal opportunity roller. So darn cute! I tried to get some of the rolling action on video but she decided she was done rolling by the time I started filming. Babies..they just do what they want!
